Polyethylene Wax

Description

Polyethylene wax, also known as polymer wax, has a relative molecular mass of 1000~4000, and is widely used because of its excellent cold resistance, heat resistance, chemical resistance and wear resistance. The features are as follows:

1. Polyethylene wax has good compatibility with polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, polypropylene and other resins. It has excellent external lubrication and strong internal lubrication for the processing of these resins. It can be used as a lubricant in extrusion, compression, and injection processing, which can improve processing efficiency, prevent and overcome film, pipe, and sheet bonding, improve the smoothness and gloss of the finished product, and improve the appearance of the finished product.

2. As a concentrated color masterbatch for a variety of thermoplastic resins, a lubricating dispersant for filling masterbatch and degrading masterbatch, it can improve the processing properties, surface gloss, lubricity and thermal stability of HDPE, PP and PVC.

3. It can be used as a lubricant for the processing of electrical insulation materials and an additive for rubber processing to enhance the diffusion of fillers, increase the extrusion molding rate, increase the mold flow rate, and make it easy to release the mold.

4. Polyethylene wax has good light resistance and chemical properties. It can be used as a carrier for pigments. It can improve the wear resistance of paints and inks, improve the dispersion of pigments and fillers, and prevent pigment settlement. It can be used as a matting agent for paints and inks.

5. It can be used as a softener and lubricant for natural or synthetic fibers to improve wear resistance, tear strength, wrinkle resistance and sewing of non-iron clothes, reduce needle cutting and adjust the touch.

6. It can improve the gloss, durability, hardness and wear resistance of the paper, increase water resistance and chemical resistance, etc., and increase the beauty of the paper.

7. Various paraffin waxes can be added to improve their electrical insulation properties, and insulating oils, paraffin waxes or microcrystalline waxes can be added to increase their softening point, viscosity and insulation properties. It can be used for moisture-proof coatings for cable insulation, capacitors and transformer windings.
